Kelly and her team first helped my family and I in obtaining a loan for a house in 2010. She recommended the best realtor who helped us find our home in 2011. Kelly is by far the easiest "money person" I have ever dealt with. As a first time home buyer, I felt like I was in good hands at all times. She went above and beyond to ensure that all of my questions were answered and that all of our "ducks" were in a row to ensure a quick and easy home buying process. My family and I are eternally grateful to Kelly and her team.

Kelly is one of the best lenders out there! Point blank she is honest, kind, understanding, and on the buyers side! After a bad start with a different lender, we found Kelly. She's happy, friendly, responsive, and most importantly ON IT. She caught multiple mistakes made by other parties in the transaction, dealt with problems, and got it done for us cheerfully. I would not hesitate to recommend Guaranteed Rate.

We were referred to Kelly by our financial planner. She was the best recommendation we could have received. She walked us through the process of purchasing our home and helped us every step of the way. All phone calls, text messages, and emails were answered promptly even during the weekends and evenings. I had an amazing experience in a scary real estate world. I applied for a re-finance with 2 of my credit unions, and during under writing I was told they couldn't help be due to my FICO score.
