Kelly and her team were knowledgeable, highly efficient, and very friendly. Never did they use a condescending manner when dealing with us, who have only basic knowledge of mortgage refinance. They kept in close contact my phone, email and or text.

Working with the Kelly Zitlow group, especially Casey is about as painless a process as you could imagine. We did e re-finance on a year old mortgage and went down a full percentage point in interest with no points paid. Very nice!

Kelly and her team are truly amazing. Right from the introduction call to the close of Escrow, Kelly and Her Team were there every step of the way - helping and guiding. I was advised by Kelly’s office that they should get 5 stars, but I don’t agree. I liked that they got the paperwork through in a timely manner. It was not a bad experience but here are a few things that need improvement. 1. They email you paperwork without explanation and say it’s standard. I had to request someone to go over it. 2. I asked someone at Kelly’s office if I needed to do anything else and they said No. All of a sudden, they sent me an email that I needed to verify home insurance was in place that I already sent... read more

The Zitlow group was recommended by my realtor and I’m glad he did. The service was professional and quick. The team members that supported us were true professionals who were pleasant to work with, knew their business and were extremely courteous. Kelly and her team are so organized it’s amazing! They have one number to call or text anytime day or night and they get back right away. They communicate every step of the way through the whole process. The online loan portal they set you up with is user friendly and so helpful.
