First time using Kelly's Carpet. Replaced carpet and tile throughout our home. Christian was great, Jordan was awesome, and the carpet team did an excellent job. All were on time, polite, and respectful. Christain was available to take my calls with questions or returned my call promptly. We recommend Kelly's. They exceeded our expectations!!
Fantastic company with awesome people to work with! Theresa from the showroom answered all our questions, listened to our thoughts and spent a lot of time showing us products for hardwoods and carpeting. She was awesome! After dealing with Nebraska Furniture Mart with 5-months of disappointment after disappointment--we fired Warren and went to Kelly's. Best decision I ever made. We picked out carpet and had it installed as promised. Quick and professionally. Even Mike came to our house on a non-measure day to accommodate my schedule. These guys are top-notch. No comparison to NFM.

Marty and others did a great job helping us pick out an engineered hardwood flooring and some nice carpet for our stairs. The installers were very good. Mr Husa and crew are highly recommended for the hardwood flooring install and the carpet installer(Richard?) was really good. We will be back for bathroom flooring.
I went to Kelly's to purchase tile and carpet, even though I had heard some horror stories about bad pricing and availability. I specifically asked for what they had IN STOCK. "Janine Marsh" was my sales rep and while she said tile she could get in "a couple of days", she told me to my face that she had my selected carpet IN STOCK. (I didn't need a lot...about 1100 square feet of carpet and about 250 square feet of tile). Good luck they dropped the ball on me they did great work when they came here but I can ask them to come back and fix something they wouldn't do it they suck my personal opinion
purchased a new carpet and pad, when the installer came the carpet was used and had a red stain 2 ft across, and it was a cheaper carpet with a pad on the bottom. very used. installer called kellys. brang out a new carpet and pad and installed it it took 5 people and they were training a kid and he left a seam line across the whole room. they said it would go away after i vacuumed it, so i did and it did not. they called again and he said tear it up. so they sent out a guy that was alone with new carpet and he did a good job... read more
Very disappointing trip to you store. WE visited because we had done business many years ago. This time was different, we entered the store and approached the front desk, and a salesperson was summoned. We then proceeded to tell the salesperson what we were looking for. To carpet out living room and bedroom.
