Verified Renter I thought Searching for a new apartment during a pandemic was going to be challenging but Solis Keltonwood at Berewick made it very easy for me to find the perfect location. The virtual tour was perfect and allowed me to see everything I needed to see. I made my decision after searching the site for 10 min. I love it here

Saltwater pool and state of the art gym and pack delivery. Premier Outlet, grocery stores, restaurants are close by which make this the perfect location.

Want to live in peace this is not the place. I have been woken up by loud construction 90% of the mornings I have lived at Solis Keltonwood. The employees of the leasing office made it difficult for me to move in and have continued to bug me since. The first month (September '19) of living here my apartment shower dripped (annoying) took 3 Weeks and multiple maintenance trips to resolve.
