Thank you Ken for helping us buy our dream home. We bought from out of state, and Ken did several virtual walk throughs with us via FaceTime until we knew what we wanted. He was there through the building process and helped ensure we got all the finishing the way we wanted, doing periodic walk throughs so we could see the progress. We were in a time crunch. Between my tenants moving out and getting the property sold. And Chris made the process easy and painless. Helped with lining up local contractors and cleaning company's for me, which would of been difficult since I live out of state. But he made sure to keep me informed with any issues and plans he came up with to solve them in a timely matter. Would highly recommend going to him with any and all realtor needs.
