I never felt that I wasn’t being heard. The staff made negotiations quick and easy, I never felt any hostility, frustration or anything of the sort. And they didn’t leave me waiting for 20 min while negotiations were being conducted. Overall I am very pleased with the service and will buy here again later down the road.

This is our fourth car we have purchased from Ken Garff. They have always been fair on my trade ins and when I tell them up front where I sit in the vehicle u wish to purchase they haven't tried to upsell me on things I don't want or need. Sales guys have been great and show me all options and how to work them before I leave. Answer my questions even after a couple weeks from when I purchased vehicle. I highly recommend they guys.
