This was my very first experience at a dealership and I was not impressed. I was buying a used jeep so I knew it wouldn't be the best vehicle right off the lot. I am in sales myself and I felt there was a lot of unnecessary fluff that went into the sales process. The process should have been a lot more efficient. I was waiting there for 3 or 4 hours while the sales team "talked with their manager" or "went to bat for me" or "wasn't sure".
