The Knowledge of those involved made it a very easy and pleasant process. (The best I have ever had) That being said: my home owners insurance "Mortgage Holder" was changed twice into Churchill's name before closing. Apparently for information needed by Churchill for the process. This was very disturbing as to the unlikely event the property was, Lets say destroyed by fire before closing. Can we imagine the headaches when the original Mortgage holder was waiting for pay off? This could improve.
