Issues other mortgage companies didn't explain were explained to me, or answers to my questions were found out and explained. Other companies just said "thats the way it is" or something along those lines.

First, I think up til closing I would have rated this experience all high scores, etc. However, after going back to my emails on 7 Jan 22, I felt sure entering closing that I was bringing zero dollars to the closing. During closing, Ken, you were looking at your computer to verify what happened to my intent to bring zero dollars to closing, and I also answered the same response to Justin Hermes the morning of closing, that I had agreed to zero at closing. Ken Smith was great, but there were multiple people asking for the same documentation at the same time. It seemed like a bunch of steps only for Churchill to instantly sell my mortgage after the process.

Ms.Lena Martinez made a lot of things more stressful with lack of attentiveness and communication. Her inability to provide the customer service that was needed had been concerning.
