Dr. Rohde is an excellent and competent dentist. He explains everything well, and has a manner that is calm and warm which soothes the nervousness I normally feel going to the dentist. He used lazer dentistry to fill a couple of cavities. No numbing injections or drilling. Amazing! Staff was friendly. Beautiful office and patient rooms.
Dr. Rohde is a very nice person; however, his staff/office functioning is not at his level. The practice is quite large--perhaps too large--, busy, and sometimes rushed. Staff can be borderline rude, ignoring payment plan questions, and insisting on blatant misinterpretations of insurance information. I do not recommend this office particularly for out-of-network provider treatment in spite of its 5-star reviews and would not in general recommend it. Sometimes something is too good to be true.
