My apartment is well maintained, however, I experienced a plumbing issue this morning. By the time I finished having breakfast, maintenance arrived. Within the hour, the problem that appeared to be major had beenresolved. The response to my request for maintenance was excellent , so I am pleased with the service that I received.

The crew arrived midday. The checked the fixture . They also checked the circuit breakers (which I had did, when the power went off). They determined that an electrician is needed. They did all that they were cable of doing. They were courteous and polite. However, the power is continuing to be shut off in different places…from outlets , to entire sections of the apartment at various times of the night. I feel that it is being controlled from outside the apartment.

I felt very secure and comfortable here quiet and clean. There was issues with plumbing. Every time I informed management, maintenance man came right up to resolve problem. Unfortunately it happened on three different occasions and I just didn’t want to continue my stay here. When I told management I would rather just move and find another place he was very understanding.I will living here. Linda D

Usually you’re great, but the ball got drop on this one! I called because I locked myself out of my apartment at about 6:30 pm left my name & number as instructed…never got a response back. I called again at 7 :30 pm …still no response. I called at 9pm … still got a recorder, so I hung up and went to the portal. I had to make other arrangements for the night. Next morning I was let in by the building manager.
