The information that we received from Kendra regarding our loan options was presented quickly and clearly. The experience with the staff that collected our information and the process of closing was not so good. I asked several times for the mortgage processor to call me and never got a call back. Also, on the way to the closing, we found out that it had been delayed and that we needed to wire funds. No mention of that before the day of. Honestly, not a great experience.

My husband and I were beyond pleased with Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group. Kendra and all the team members that supported to her to make our dream come true...we will be forever grateful. Our only small suggestion would be to get Marie some extra help. She did seem a bit behind on certain days. All in all we Would not for a second hesitate to recommend and if we buy again in NC this will be the first group we would call. Thank you so very much.
