Too many texts messages and emails asking for a review after a visit, from a customer who’s been coming to this same clinic for 20+ years. I don’t get it and it’s just annoying, takes away the experience. I understand asking for a review but sending 4 messages in a week is just annoying! You wanted a review, so you got it!
