Not Bad If You Don't Mind.... While I didn't have a bad time living here there are a lot of caveats to consider. The first is the living space, which can be anywhere from 250-375 sqft, so it will be small no matter how you slice it. Not recommended for those who get claustrophobic. The lease may look somewhat expensive but they actually have it in the contract that they will take off $50 rent as long as you pay on time (Thank you auto payments). Has to be great! - I have been living here for over seven years. This apartment was built in the 20s. It even has the door for the milkman to leave the milk... It has hard wood floors in the living, dining, and the two bedrooms. Small kitchen and bathroom, which I prefer. It has fantastic French windows looking out into the garden. I love the old fashion glass door knobs. It has lots of windows to let the day light in. Kenmore development This apartment is very good. They are very helpful with students. They have a 50 dollar incentive, so if you pay on time you get 50 dollars off. Cable, heat, water included. Also has laundry. Very flexible in everything they do.

Apartment near the Park The building has plenty of the older charm while still being in excellent living condition. This apartment is in a great location, a 5min walk to a huge park, right by the 198 so it's easy to get downtown or to the airport, and restaurants and shops within walking distance. Delaware park apartment The Delaware park apartments are in an amazing neighborhood! Delaware park is with in walking distance and has an endless list of free outdoor activities. These apartments are close to great shops, cafes, and resturants. The apartments themselves are a little older, but they have charm. The floors are original wood floors.
