Kenneth has been working with me for over a year, when my first application went through, I was originally having credit issues, Ken understood and we put it on hold till my credit was strong enough. He stuck with me through this entire process, I can not tell you enough how pleased I am with Ken's customer service. Honestly best service any bank has ever shown me. I applaud Kenneth!
