Kenneth was there from start to finish. He provided us the loan that is best suited to us based on our financials. He was there throughout the whole process always there to guide and answer any questions that you may have. Kenneth and his team are great to work with. They provide you with a list of items you need to supply. Initially, the list looks very long, but the benefits of providing all the information is that Kenneth will make sure that your loan application during the closing process goes through without any issues. His team worked very well with us to follow up on all the items needed and any questions that the mortgage company had. Highly recommended.

Ken helped me finance a second home in Modesto - he and his team were amazing with the execution. We were looking to setup a manufacturing setup while maintaining our primary residence in the Bay Area. Ken and his team were very patient with us as we organized our own finances to identify the cash flow for this home. Kenneth and his team (Lorena) were all amazing. They made the process of buying my FIRST home quick and easy. The entire process took a little over a month for me.
