Communications between plumber and his office were a little shakey. Plumber arrived several hours later than expected. Ryan was a nice guy who tried to complete the work without involving additional cost he was very considerate. Great work.

I would recommend Kennihan to anyone needing some plumbing work. Their customer service was excellent, they called me within hours to schedule the job and had a tech at my house the next day. Ryan the service tech was very friendly and excellent to work with. He actually worked to improve the plumbing and faucet setup that needed to be replaced on the outside of our house. Very pleased with the overall experience and will be calling them again as needed.

They contacted me a few minutes after I posted the job on HomeAdvisor. They found a tech available and got someone to my house in a couple of hours. They snaked the trap and got everything flowing again. The removed the debris and cleaned up. Job well done.

First, the owner of the company reached out to us to let us know his office would be calling to set the actual appointment. Then the office called to make the appointment and told us they would call prior to arrival. Everyone from Jerry (the owner), to Marsha in office, to Bryan the technician were beyond professional.
