The service was great and Ryan made sure work was completed on time. Anything the vehicle needed was explained before any additional costs were incurred. Car was delivered back clean with detailed documentation of work performed and costs.
They took care of everything well and in a good timeframe.
It was great that they got vehicle in fast. Primary fix was simple but no communication from my service advisor at all. Second concern about vehicle was not fixed. Was told there was no problem but when picked up and driven away, problem was immediately apparent. Also, between diagnostic rates ( $150 or more) which is usually a simple plug computer into the vehicle and shop rates ($150/hr or more) it costs a tremendous amount of money to fix these vehicles.
It was fast and friendly. Offered me a ride home.
Ryan was my service advisor and he did an amazing job. He kept me updated through everything. Vinny had my vehicle fixed in no time and back on the road. Thanks guys for all your hard work!

Fast appointment quick service, no trying to upsale ie filters tires shocks motors. Great service advisor. I was happy with price of service. So much better than Don Moore Chevrolet in Owensboro Ky

Overall I had a good experience. The reason for a 4 star instead of a 5 star is due to dirt being on my cloth seats (driver and passenger side.) It's like they didn't put down the protective sheets before they sat in my car. I had to go home and use cloth cleaner to get the dirt out. Lastly, I had my 3 children with me and when we got in the car to leave there was a screw and my insurance card laying on the floor board. I opened my glove box to put my insurance cards back in and it wouldn't shut. Apparently after they checke... read more
