Service was great here untill my recent visit where the person in the office failed to discuss that my car had failed the alignment inspection amongst other recommended services my car needs based on mileage, to me in person. She relied too much on emails (which dont always go through in a timely manner) and so since I never got any notification about any of the extra services my car needs until I left. She put that I denied the needed services when I never got a notice.

Service was started exactly as scheduled. Service was completed promptly. An explanation was given of the items worked on and a problem existing on the air conditioner. Gave explanation of what should be done. I will make arrangements with Kenny Kent at a later date.
