Everything was great. I was in and out quick and the service advisor was very nice and professional.
The low rating is because, First time they had this vehicle. I asked for my oil to be changed. But I got a long list of recomended emergency fluid changes like, brake fluid line cleaning, etc. But they still did not change my oil. Souch a simple service request, but thier system got in the way.. No I didn't do the so called emergency fluid changes, and I changed my own oil..
