The right rear wheel well cover was missing a fastener and was caught by the wheel while in reverse and folded up. The rear bumper was missing a connector at the hatch on the right side. While replacing the right rear shock, I noticed additional connectors missing in the right side of the rear bumper. 2.5 Star : Customer Service Too many trips back to get everything done! 4.5 Star : Returned Clean
