3.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 3.5 Star : Repair Quality Had some issues with my car after I got it back from service. Had a clunking sound from the rear of the car, took 2 trips to diagnose. Didn’t make that sound prior. Then had a part from under the car hang down and dragged on the ground until I pulled it out. Had to reorder the part, and wait another week and a half to get it installed. So 3 extra trips for what should have been correctly repaired the first time. 3.5 Star : Customer Service 3 Star : Returned Clean
