After three visits they finally solved my problem my rear window shade sounded like a threshing machine, now I have a quiet car.

Issue with axle/transmission linkage was addressed (fluid leakage) and boot replaced. Vehicle was inspected and cleared of any other mechanical problems. Loaner vehicle was readily available. Very pleased with the service.
