Everything was performed as requested. Only issue was loaner as I would prefer SUV over a car since was more difficult to get in and out.

Quick service for 30,000 miles. I used a loner to go to lunch and shop since I was told it might take 3 hrs.

One of the reasons for buying another Lexus not the sales staff. It took me a year to buy a car because of the sales staff. Love my salesperson that I ended up with but no fan of anyone else.
