The staff is always friendly and polite. However, there always seems to be some issue that crops up every time I leave my car for service. This time I let them wash my car while they had it for an oil change (I usually do not). I come to pick it up and it looks worse than I had left it; completely covered in dirty water spots. Said they washed it and then it rained afterwards and the dust from the construction being performed on the building must have gotten on it. It looked horrible. Did they offer to clean it off?
