I have had the Rav4 serviced by this shop since we bought it new. They are always very professional and accomadating. I love that I can schedule my services online, it is a very simple process. I can even let them know if I have a concern when I schedule, so they can check on it when I bring it in. Great place, great people and (most important) great service.
I avoid my local Toyota dealer for maintenance when possible. This was a recall issue and it went well and as promised.
