Michael Grimm and his team in the service department did a great job of getting Kathys car serviced. Mike was prompt, had a nice loaner vehicle, they handled the service items with dispatch and let her know when it was completed and she picked up a clean car! Old fashioned Kenny Kent Lexus service!!
