I have never had an issue with Kenny Kent service department, but they were not able to fix our turn signal issue, and when I called about it, I was transferred to the service department, left a voice mail, and have never heard back from them. Maybe they are on vacation?

Prompt diagnosis of minor oil leak problem; good estimate of time needed to repair, and shuttle service home. Repair completed on time and cost was taken care of by engine/power train warranty. Very pleased w/ the entire experience.

Appointment was for 0830. Arrived a bit late. I had a ride arranged and left the Highlander. I was called in the PM, told that the repair was completed and covered by the extended warranty. Picked up vehicle and all was as it should be.
