We were out of town and getting service for our 10K checkup so I dropped my wife off before heading up to Kenny Kent Toyota-Lexus. As soon as I turned off the ignition I realized that my wife had the key fob with her.The service agent arranged for their driver to shuttle me back down town to the Airbnb we were staying in to retrieve the fob then they promptly performed the service. Great job and great customer service experience! 5 stars!
