Nice vehicle, happy we didn't have to go far to get the one we were looking for
3/5 overall. Took my vehicle in for 2 services in 1 day (I live 1 hour away), but only received 1 service. The receptionist did not know why my 2nd service for my vehicle recall was skipped over. My vehicle was on the premises for 3 hours. The 1 service I did get, Zaktek, was beautiful, however!
It was quick and efficient! Was given a nice loaner to drive.

Sales experience was great, everyone was friendly and very helpful. The vehicle was inside so explanation of all the controls took place in a controlled environment . Entire experience was very pleasant.

I did not get a notification when the needed part (hood release) was back in stock.
Failed to reset maint light after oil change and left oily footprint on floor mat. I assume new inexperienced workers and I will continue to use the dealership for service.
