I did not know where to go to have my car's first service. I stood in the middle of a hallway until a nice man came by and asked if I needed help. He guided me to my service tech. I went to the lounge and waited but kept seeing people with snacks and drinks. I did not know I could purchase them and did so immediately since I was hungry. The prices were fair. Liked service and people I talked with. Hated automated system to make appointment.
Got an appointment within a week and was in and out in less than an hour. Appreciate the separate waiting area with no TV!
Brittany is great to work with.service is always excellent. the problem with the engine lights hasn't,been solved yet, waiting on Lexus.
