Should you have your car serviced at thedealership My first experience with taking a car back to the dealer for servicing was almost 50 years ago. Back in the day, dealerships made their money because you paid a premium for professional service on their brands. I've been a loyal customer of Kenny Kent Toyota since 1985. You can always expect professional, and fair service at a reasonable cost from them. I have never been surprised by an overcharge, or unnecessary parts. Computer malfunction when raining Computer on my 2016 Highlander would go off when it was raining. It would go off, then back on, and off again. I called my Salesman and he got a service appointment for me the next day. Seems this had been an issue with a few vehicles. The computer was updated, then car run through car wash to verify it was fixed. All this in less than an hour and I got a clean car in the process. I felt much better knowing problem was corrected so easily. Great job !
Great place to buy I heard about the Toyotathon going on, so I went in to check it out. Less than two hours later I left with my new Corolla. It was a very easy buying experience. I would definitely buy from them again.
