What you offer for used cars is pathetic. on the black book my car is worth easily 1500$ and you offer 260$. I do not recommend
Every time we deal with Kenny’s for scrap they can’t make it in their promised time window. Once again this happened today and the first customer service rep was clearly lying and said it would be another 40 minutes. An hour later we call back and they try claiming it wasn’t scheduled for today. They’ll say anything but apologize and it’s just not worth the headache…
manager refuses to return phone calls and fails to follow through with arrangements made.

Thanks for wasting my entire day and a hour and half drive and then doing absolutely nothing for me once i get there. You should be ashamed of yourselves for treating customers like that

What a bunch if useless a-holes. Drove all the way there and the car their website says is in yard was in fact crushed. Thanks for wasting my whole day and much gas and my time and doing absolutely nothing to help me. They gave me my 3$ lot fee back. they can shove the 3$ up their asses for all I care. You lost a very loyal customer today. I will never return
Gatineau store went through tool bag like they own it. Mixed up the filling of my tools upon entry and exit. They can look in my bag but keep your hand to yourself. Who do they think they are. This private business is breaking the law. I could only imagine if my wife was there with her hand bag. Going to rummage through that to like its theirs. Pathetic way to treat customers.
