This place is very overpriced and now filthy! I use to shop here For over 10+ years at both this location and the old location downtown Charging outrageous core fees & Environmental fees? Never have I seen this before it’s not like your selling a battery you can’t just charge random fees on every part you sell , Makes you wonder if that covers the tons of oil drained out on the ground in there yard you can clearly see when it rains there!
Recommendedlooking over my bill and notice I'm charged for a emblem that's attached to a grill ! have you ever tried to remove one without breaking it... you guys are absolutely pathetic at this point! I guess next time I break 4 grills removing the emblem so I'm not charged for every single gram of plastic when I buy replacement parts! use some comon sense and don't be so daym greedy... it don't work out in the end. been using Kenny's for 9 years now and never had an issue. also otherwise have been fantastic, great service, frien... read more
Because it’s junk and a waste of time for bucks to go see you have nothing like absolutely crap. Wouldn’t waste my time to Kenny U pull in Burlington Street was way better than the one on mud Street never go to that place ever again.

Rude and unprofessional, I have sold cars to them in the past. I will not use this company in the future. I encourage any Local 787 members to avoid this company.

Sad you can’t get in touch with Hamilton manager and asst manager have been emailed and still can’t get a phone call back not the greatest customer experience that’s for sure. They truly don’t care about the customer that keeps them in business
