I have sold cars in past to this company. I was shocked at how rude the agent was on the phone. They offered $600 for my vehicle, I ended up receiving $1750 from one of the MANY OTHER AUTO SALVAGE companies. Obviously, $1750 is better than $600... they low-balled me, a repeat customer at that! They are rude and unprofessional, don't use this company!!
RecommendedI do recommend Kenny to people who need parts. But there customer service is not very good. No reply from them for complaints and a lot of there employees just seem not to care. You need tires, hey you find the tires you want. But you need to buy unwanted rims because they won’t dismount them, you can return the unwanted rims but credit only. This is not customer oriented.
