Complete waste of time, person at counter has no idea what parts are when you tell them at checkout, wanted me to pay 110$ for a fuel pump relay.... its $112 brand new from GM. I ahowed them the price brand new from GM.... no difference made. 4 hour round trip down the drain. Even their website says its cheaper.
So I drive to north bay location 10km, with tools, plenty of cars to get passenger side impala mirror. thank God I asked for a price before going into remove it myself as I expect,for a great price, No they want $5 to just enter yard $88/mirror plus a $10 warranty!? When I can both brand new mirrors from Amazon delivered to my house for $70. I guess prices are based half off of Oem prices. No way! For doing nothing and getting their cars for cheap.Price on Amazon first for brand new.Or look around Kijiji FB marketplace etc.I... read more
Drove 3 hrs to get there today, great pricing compared to other wreckers and Facebook marketplace. Yard was organized and well kept. They do a good job of making sure the inventory moves along. None of the cars looked completely stripped to a shell like many other lots I've seen in the past. Young girl with blue hair was very nice and polite. Great to deal with. I'll be back again to kenny u pull.
Very happy with my first visit lol, staff were very nice and helpful and found exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price 10/10 would recommend if looking for some parts, side note I’m using the dash to covert into a racing sim
today i feel Very bad service in service department in northen honda northbbay , they charge Too much labour charges without done anything . I waste my 10 hours in two days just for find died mice but its still in my car, they charge 275 without any work done i just waste of time.
