How difficult it is to have someone on-site checking body parts? Or color code, anything easy so people don't travel for nothing. Pictures on website could be more and better so when looking for a door like I do, we could see rust, dents or scratches before decided to visit . I just travelled 400Km, paid 10$ (2 people) and found the door was dented and left. What we paid for? Why did we have to travel that much when someone could take a look like I said or have detailed pictures. Call center is totally useless.
Kenny U Pull is very very bad! They don't know if they still have the parts showing on their own websites! + you have to pay $5 to see if they got it! Like they said"at your own risk, if it's there or not!" They might as well showing a millions dollars in the yard! People will expected to see money, they will pay $5 but guess what? nothing! because "It's at your own risk if it's there! what a scam! + they won't help you at all!
Guy came today, out of the way, and he took my car gave me money fast and easy.
