3.5 Star : Likely to Recommend I use it because the insurance company prefers it. 3.5 Star : Repair Quality 3.5 Star : Customer Service The body work was excellent; however, they replaced the head rests with head rests that are not the same as the original and push the head forward in a very uncomfortable manner. So we have to push it up for less discomfort, but that leaves the head unprotected.
