I'm the buyer's agent and have been working with Kent for the last 7 years. He is so consistent and when he says he's going to close on a date, he gets it done. It was a very fast close and I put a closing date on him that had a 10% chance to close due to the arrival of the appraisal date, but because it's the only day the buyers had off with their hectic schedules, he committed and delivered!
