Everyone was very nice! As a first-time home buyer though, I felt there were some things that were not fully clear or questions I didn't ask because I didn't even know to ask them. I did feel that I had to ask questions more so than information being thoroughly provided. Overall, I did have a good experience but there's room for improvement on communication.
