I worked with Kent when I first purchased my house and he was great to work with. He was always in communication with me and readily available at all times to answer any questions I had. He made the process smooth and easy. After I closed on my house, he mentioned if the rates dropped, he would contact me about the VA streamline to lower the interest rate. He was true to his words and contacted me and I went through the process of refinancing to lower my interest rate. Kent is great to work with

Kent well understands the key needs/struggles of the buyers and gives equally considerate options. Kent made the entire loan process, which could be tortuously tedious, easier and simpler, while he maintains a very high level of transparency in terms of explaining details of any numbers. This is done in a very timely manner and in plain English. All process is clearly tracked and well communicated via website and application.
