Kent went way out of his way to assist us in purchasing our first home at age 50. Alot of the paperwork is by computer.Many late nights he walked us through the procedures via phone as I typed in the information with one finger. Im an old schooled plumber in a new generation. This guy was on it every step of the way. Anything that needed done he let us know as soon as possible so we had time to supplement or amend or whatever.
