RecommendedThankful that Kentuckiana was able to work me in as a drop-off yesterday to see my Leo. I moved to owensboro a few months ago and wasn't due for yearly veterinary work yet. Once Leo started on day 3 of diarrhea I knew he needed to be seen before it turned into an emergency. They worked me into their busy schedule and kept me updated throughout the day!
RecommendedAll the office staff treats you like family which gives you peace of mind & a great feeling. The grooming is great and she makes you & your pet special. You never have to worry . I truthfully do not know the veterinarians - I always worked with the older retired staff which were hands down all wonderful. . I only hope the newer staff can live up to the formers shoes
RecommendedWe called six veterinarians today because our cat was severely injured and zero of them offered advice or the ability to help. This clinic was extremely sympathetic on the phone and told us to come in. We were immediately seen (even though they were obviously swamped) and the care we received was amazing. The vet we saw was so caring and made the entire process so much easier on us and our kids. She even took the time to show our five year old the X-rays whenever she asked to see them. RecommendedEveryone there was nice and helpful, to me and to Dixie, my kitten. She wasn’t afraid at all. I had lots of questions, since this is my first pet ever; and everyone was kind, patient and understanding. Dr. Basham, Tristan and Sarah (forgive me if misspelled) were great. All the staff was good, but these are the ones whose names I got. Thanks so much!
RecommendedKaylee came to us on a hot summer day in August right when I came home from Afghanistan and she left us on a hot summer evening in August ten years later. I just wanted to give a big shout at to the staff at our Vet's office for helping us in a difficult time last night. Our private room was comfortable and the staff was wonderful. Kaylee enjoyed the snacks and attention your office provided, as did we!
RecommendedMy dog underwent a FHO surgery to help relieve her hip dysplasia pain. Dr. Dunaway was very patient and kind throughout the process. She answered all my questions.. She called me several times while my dog was staying overnight and recovering. Very good practice and vets!
