I cannot say enough about how amazing and empathetic the staff here was today. We brought our 7.5 year old American Pittbull Terrier in knowing we may have to make a very difficult decision. Dr. Basham was so very sweet and caring with Rocky after talking to us about ALL of the options we had for taking care of him, never pushed us to make a decision and even sat with us and loved on our baby as he went to sleep. Just moved to Owensboro and had a scare with my French Bulldog who has a cleft palate blowing mucus out his nose. I feared it was a blocked airway. They were able to see him within 30 minutes and checked him out. I left feeling relieved as Dr Horstman was knowledgeable and communicated with me without dismissing me.
Always been great for our pets.

May be a little pricey but it’s definitely worth every penny!! The staff there treats and cares for your fur babies like they were apart of their family! My dog just had extensive dental work done and Dr Basham was so amazing! She even took him home with her that night to make sure he was ok! She stayed after closing hours to finish his dental work (which was a 4 hour surgery) and he wasn’t even on the schedule he was a squeeze in appointment!
