The people r rude and they won't stop making the dogs they have boarded outside stop barking. This place is bad and probably also reata ur animal bad also. I would never use this place
I reached out to This facility on Sunday, July 26th for an emergency visit for my dog Luka Embry. He was bleeding from his rectal and his mouth that day and the day before, he was dehydrated and would not eat or move. All other offices were closed and in hopeful spirits we seeked help with Kentuckiana to save our dog, and also paid $200 for the visit. Was a fan of this place but no more , took my dog for stomach issue, vet never felt of stomach only concern Was making a price quote up , I spent around 1500 the past year there on my other pet , get me a quote lol around 450 for a exray exam and meds and by meds I mean 12 pills which are cheap because purchase from another vet and a shot for vomiting , again vet never felt of his stomach! This place is not somewhere I would recommend my dog got into something and got really sick and when I called the emergency line she answered the phone and said “hold on I need to wake up” and then hung up the phone. I ended up having to take my dog to Evansville which they were great. I called Kentuckiana the next day and asked what was normal behavior bc they are my regular vet and they said well I don’t know. Not very friendly and helpful people. Very disappointed. I will be going back to town square.

Long story short, the grooming is poor in quality and care. All four of my dog’s paws were injured because the groomer used too short of a blade which made her skin red and raw, to the point she didn’t want to walk. I took her back the next morning. They claimed “it happens” and she was prescribed a medicine which was another cost out of my pocket. This has never happened with any other grooming service I’ve used. Very disappointed considering this is a vet office. I will not return.

Both of my dogs see Dr. Boarman. They receive nothing but the best care . Dr. Boarman always explains in detail what is happening with your dog, and the best course for care. Both of my boys love her, even Hank, who is forced to wear the "come of shame". I would give them a 10 out of 5.

I am thankful that my cat didn't die yesterday but when we brought her in and you do all those tests that we paid over $200 for, I can't see how you missed that she had round worms. We even told you her stomach was swollen.
