Katie did an amazing job helping us as first time home buyers with her skills! She was friendly, kind, responsive, and an expert in the area. Her negotiation skills and care for her clients made our experience worthwhile. She went above and beyond to help us out even after we purchased the home. Our broker was excellent to work with. He sold our place quickly, always responded right away, and was very pleasant and patient throughout the process. He efficiently handled contract tweaks and was completely amenable to any changes we needed. Most importantly, he was honest — truly easy to work with from start to finish.
