Bill is amazing. When I first contacted him, we had an hour long conversation, where he was already trying to figure out what kind of home I wanted. Our first meeting was going over the entire process + looking at some listings so he could create a custom search profile that matched what I wanted. Bill made sure to go on the first round of showings with me, so that he could get a better feel for what I liked, what I didn't do he could continue to refine our search. Rachel was amazing! She helped sell and buy my houses. She was very organized, great communication, and always available when I needed her. The extended team was also great from the staging help, and showing agents that helped along the way. If I sell in the future, I'll definitely be using her again!

Dylan was extremely helpful in our successful purchase of our first home. He was very knowledgeable in all aspects from helping us find what type of home we liked all the way to the finer details such as negotiating tactics. He was always willing to work around our schedules and visit homes in the evening or on weekends as well. We would definitely work with this team again in the future.

We love working with Ailea in buying the house! For first-time home buyers, we really find her assistance and service very accommodating and considerate to our needs. She is also well-versed with her job with a top-notch knowledge of what she's doing and dealing with everyone else involved. Jen made my experience as a first time home buyer so easy. I would get a bit testy at some points, and she would calm me down and say everything will be OK, and it was. Her attention to what I wanted in a home was awesome! She is very smart, knowledgeable about everything in the home buying process. She truly cares about her clients top notch!
