Keri was very pleasant and friendly to work with, she was full of knowledge and kept me updated. I would definitely recommend her to others. The only part I did not like was how long it took to get an appraisal of the house. Our lock expired so I had to put up more money in order to relock. I was told it was taking so long because of trying to find someone in the area which made me think there weren't any in Ellensburg but there was and the gentleman who did the appraisal was from Ellensburg.
