RecommendedMy order was a small order -- a flowering houseplant. I received a call from the florist after placing my order online and she asked permission to substitute -- at no additional cost to me -- a more expensive the remaining plants like I ordered in her shop were not up to her standards. This shows great customer service and pride in the products that they offer. (My friend was very pleased with the final plant.) Highly recommend!
