I recently moved to Plymouth and was concerned about finding new dentists and doctors, etc. I was referred to Dr. Kerr's office by a friend and had my initial/new patient experience yesterday. My Hygienist was great, very professional but personable. Nearly had a problem with my insurance not paying for my bite wing X-rays since some insurance plans have to be 6 months and 1 day. I was 1 day early. Luckily that was not the case with my insurance after looking it up since the front desk was not going to help by changing the date by one day. Excellent job. My mouth felt very fresh. My dentist checked me before and after. I felt well cared for.
Staff is very professional and very friendly. The office is so modern, clean, and comfortable. Definitely a no fear zone!
3 Fillings are never fun but Dr. Lutz made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Everyone at the reception area is very professional and cheery. Would recommend the office.
