The parking was a nightmare. You need to have more than one person collecting the money for parking. We waited over 45 minutes just to park. The Queue system for the train is useless. Great idea but you have to use the system in order for it to work. We entered into the Queue when we arrived. Were told it would be about 90 minutes. After waiting for 2 hours we went to the train station just to be told to go ahead and get in line. Waited in line too long for parking and to see Santa. Not enough time left to do the train ride, see the Grinch or other things before closing. Asked 3 different workers where the restroom was and they didn’t know. Cost is way too much to only be open that long. Need to open at 4 so you have time to do the things that don’t involve the lights. Only positive is the Santa experience was very good.

It really wasn't worth the cost. Some of it was pretty neat, the train ride was fun, but otherwise? It was wildly expensive for a mediocre trip. The way everything was described, I really was expecting to be blown away.
