We have gone twice now, once last year, and once in 2021. In 2021, we absolutely loved our experience, even though the train wasn't working due to the weather. The music, lights, activities, everything was magical. My kids never wanted to leave. Last year, the train was out of commission again, and this time there were WAY too many people. We waited over an hour just to park. The general mission includes all activities, the only extra charge would be food and beverage or photos. We have a better control of capacity this year, so hopefully the long lines are not that big a problem.
Kids loved it! We enjoyed going in the Fall, but will probably make Christmas an annual tradition there!

Train wait too long. And no structure. Didn’t know we had to check in to ride train and when we found out it was after 7 and a 2 hour wait. No instruction where to go. Hard to navigate. Not a lot for $25 a person

Hi Crystal, Thanks for the review; the train is a first come, first serve attraction as stated on the website. If you arrive when we open, you have a 100% chance to ride it. We have a farm map at the entrance, and we hand them out when you enter the park. What is included with the tickets? Everything below except food and photos. The parking was a nightmare. You need to have more than one person collecting the money for parking. We waited over 45 minutes just to park. The Queue system for the train is useless. Great idea but you have to use the system in order for it to work. We entered into the Queue when we arrived. Were told it would be about 90 minutes. After waiting for 2 hours we went to the train station just to be told to go ahead and get in line. I agree the train queue was a nightmare. We’ve been dealing with Support trying to fix their issues.
Waited in line too long for parking and to see Santa. Not enough time left to do the train ride, see the Grinch or other things before closing. Asked 3 different workers where the restroom was and they didn’t know. Cost is way too much to only be open that long. Need to open at 4 so you have time to do the things that don’t involve the lights. Only positive is the Santa experience was very good.

It really wasn't worth the cost. Some of it was pretty neat, the train ride was fun, but otherwise? It was wildly expensive for a mediocre trip. The way everything was described, I really was expecting to be blown away.
